At ThandiBra, your comfort comes first. I understand that sometimes a size or style may not feel quite right. That’s why I offer easy exchanges, so you can find the perfect fit with confidence and peace of mind.
This policy is aligned with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
1. Eligibility for Exchanges
You may request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed, or gently tried on for fit

The item is in good condition

All hygiene and quality standards have been respected
Each request is reviewed individually to ensure fairness and hygiene for all customers.
2. Hygiene & Intimate Items
For hygiene and safety reasons:

Underwear and swimwear bottoms may not be exchanged once heavily worn

Bras may be tried on for fit

Items showing excessive wear, washing, or damage may not qualify for exchange
These measures protect all customers and ensure product quality.
3. Items Not Eligible for Exchange
The following items cannot be exchanged:

Items that are heavily worn, washed, or damaged

Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

Gift cards
4. How to Request an Exchange
To request an exchange, please email:

The item you ordered

Your preferred replacement size or style

Clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect
Please wait for approval before sending anything back.
Unapproved returns may not be accepted.
5. No Need to Send the Original Item Back
If your exchange is approved:

You do not need to return the original item

Whether the item has been worn or unworn, you are welcome to keep it

You may also gift it to a family member or friend if it fits them
My goal is simple: to prioritise comfort and ensure every woman ends up with something that feels right.
6. Exchange Shipping

Exchange shipping is free for faulty or incorrect items

For size or preference exchanges, shipping costs may apply

I recommend using a tracked courier if return shipping is requested
7. Exchanges & Availability

Exchanges are subject to stock availability

If your preferred size or style is unavailable, I will contact you to offer the best available alternative
My goal is always to make sure you receive something you feel confident and comfortable wearing.
8. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:

Contact me within 48 hours of delivery

Provide clear photos showing the issue

Do not wash or heavily wear the item
In these cases, I will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has shipped, it must follow the exchange process.
