Return and Refund Policy

At ThandiBra, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process in accordance with Google Merchant Center standards and South African consumer guidelines.

 

1. Return Window You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

2. Return Process To start a return, please contact us at support@thandibra.co.za. Kindly include your order number and the reason for the return. Our support team will provide you with the necessary instructions on where and how to send your package.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If the product is defective, damaged during transit, or if you received the incorrect item, ThandiBra will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Customer Remorse (Change of Mind / Sizing): If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, incorrect sizing, or preference, the customer is responsible for paying the actual return shipping costs.

4. Restocking Fees We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

5. Refund Process and Timing Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically.
  • Refund Timing: It typically takes 7 business days for the refund to reflect on your original payment method (Credit Card), depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

6. Order Cancellations You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel.

7. Exchanges For exchanges regarding different sizes or styles, please reach out to our support team at support@thandibra.co.za, and we will assist you with the exchange process.
