1. How long will it take to receive my order?

Our estimated delivery timeline consists of two parts:

  • Handling Time: 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Transit Time: 6-10 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 7-13 business days.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we provide Free Shipping on all orders across South Africa. There are no minimum order requirements to qualify for free delivery.

3. Where is ThandiBra located?

ThandiBra is a South Africa-based business. Our registered office is located at 1 Pheasant Street, Horizon, Roodepoort, Gauteng, 1724, South Africa.

4. What if I receive a defective or incorrect product?

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item to initiate the process.

5. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, we offer a 24-hour cancellation window. If you need to cancel your order, please email us within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.

6. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the day you receive your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging. Please note that for change-of-mind or sizing issues, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

7. When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed. It typically takes 7 business days for the refund to reflect on your original payment method, depending on your bank.

8. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email notification containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey.

9. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major secure payment options, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express (Amex), and UnionPay.
