We currently offer shipping exclusively within South Africa. At this time, we do not process international orders outside of South Africa.

We believe in straightforward pricing. That is why ThandiBra offers 100% Free Shipping on all orders delivered within South Africa. There are no hidden fees or minimum order requirements to qualify for free shipping.

3. Order Processing & Delivery Timeframes

To ensure you receive your items as expected, please review our delivery schedule below. Our operations run on business days, which are Monday through Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 (SAST).

  • Order Cut-off Time: 11:00 PM (SAST). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day.
  • Order Processing Time: It takes 1 to 3 business days to verify, pack, and dispatch your order.
  • Transit (Shipping) Time: Once dispatched, your package will be in transit for 6 to 10 business days.
  • Total Estimated Delivery: Combining processing and transit times, you can expect your order to arrive within 7 to 13 business days from the date of purchase.

4. Carrier Services

We partner with reliable Standard Tracked Couriers (such as Buffalo Logistics and Aramex) to ensure your package reaches you safely and securely.

5. Order Tracking

Yes, we provide tracking for all orders. Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey.
