At ThandiBra, we strive to provide a secure and seamless shopping experience. This policy outlines our payment methods, security protocols, and billing practices to ensure full transparency for our customers. 

 

1. Accepted Payment Methods We provide several secure payment options to fulfill your order. We currently accept the following credit and debit cards:

  • Mastercard
  • American Express (Amex)
  • UnionPay

2. Payment Processing

  • Upfront Payment: All payments must be completed in full at the time of purchase. Orders will only be processed and dispatched once the payment is successfully confirmed.
  • Currency: All transactions are processed in South African Rand (ZAR / R). If you are using a foreign card, the final amount will be converted by your bank based on the current exchange rate.

3. Secure Transactions Your security is our priority. ThandiBra uses industry-standard SSL encryption and trusted payment gateways to protect your sensitive information during checkout. We do not store your credit card or financial account numbers on our servers. 

 

4. Pricing and Additional Costs

  • Transparent Pricing: All prices listed on our website are final.
  • Shipping Costs: We offer Free Shipping on all orders across South Africa. No additional shipping fees will be added at checkout.
  • Taxes: Any applicable taxes are calculated and included in the final price displayed before you complete your purchase.

5. Order Cancellations If you need to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not been dispatched. Please contact our support team immediately for cancellation requests. 

6. Refunds and Chargebacks Refunds are handled strictly according to our Return and Refund Policy. Once a refund is approved, it typically takes 7 business days to reflect on your original payment method.
